- Homerooms are to be open and supervised by 8:00 a.m.

Remember, you are capable of amazing things - stay determined, stay focused and keep pushing forward!
Louis Riel was a Metis leader who worked ot protect the rights and lands of the Metis people. He led the Red River Resistance in 1869 and helped create the province of Manitoba. Louis Riel is remembered as a courageous leader who stood up for his people, their culture, and their language. Today, we honour Louis Riel and celebrate the Metis Nation; it's history, culture and on-going contributions across what is currently known as Canada.
Better Together - the cafeteria mixer is back this Thursday! We'll have games, music, the photo booth and a special collaborative art project. Be sure to mark your calendars and join us for some fun this Thursday!
Hawks Holiday Bazaar - do you need volunteer hours? NDSS is hosting the Hawks Holiday Bazaar. The event coordinator is looking for volunteers to set up Friday after school and throughout the event on Saturday. See Ms Kae or the QR code posters by the cafeteria.
Dual Credits - it is Winter Dual Credit application season and this time around the choices are plentiful!! If you are a well-organized senior student with excellent work habits that will allow you to catch up on missed work one day a week, you may be interested in learning about taking a Dual Credit course. Please stop by PP for course options and to sign up for an info session on Monday, November 24th.
Belleville Sens Trip - all students planning to go on the trip to the Belleville Senators game tomorrow, there will be an important meeting at lunch TODAY in D18. The Senators game is Wednesday and details will be explained at lunch in D18.

Toronto Raptors Trip - attention all basketball and Raptors fans! the basketball program has organized a trip to the Raptors game next Monday, November 24th after school There are several tickets and seats on the bus remaining, these have been put out to everyone on School Day and will go on a first come first served basis. $120 gets your ticket and seat on the bus, a steal! Email Mr Mills with any questions.
