The Attendance Office

If a student is going to be absent for a day, a parent or guardian can call the Attendance Office (The line is open 24 hrs.) at 354-7514. You can also email the office at hincheyb@limestone.on.ca. Any attendance information regarding a student can also be obtained by calling this number. If a student is late for school, he/she must go to the Attendance Office to sign in. If a student needs to leave school during the day, he/she must sign out.Only 18 years of age or older can sign out without a note, otherwise a phone call will be made home to arrange transportation.

Students who know that they will be absent for an extended period of time must make arrangements to complete all work that will be missed during the planned period of absence. A form is provided to assist students through their Extended Absence. Students and their families must avoid planning absences during formal evaluation periods.

The Attendance Office is located inside the Main Office. Turn right at the front desk and walk down towards the end. The office is on the left.
